What you need to run it. Honest, no surprises.

Nexus is a self-hosted PHP application designed for standard shared cPanel hosting — the kind you already have. No exotic dependencies, no daemon processes, no containers required.

PHP	8.1 or newer (8.2 / 8.3 recommended)
Database	MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
Web server	Apache 2.4+ with mod_rewrite, or Nginx 1.18+
Memory	256 MB minimum, 512 MB recommended
Disk space	500 MB code + space for uploads
SSL	Required. Let’s Encrypt (free) works fine
PHP exts.	pdo_mysql, mbstring, openssl, gd, curl, fileinfo, json, zip
